Strange error when trying to login to another acct

I tried to login and create a second acct on UOSA but received this error. Have tried using your client instead of the EA client, patched, run as admin, etc etc and still get the error. Even happens when trying to just create an acct while not logged in.
Here's a screenshot of the error since it's a mile long and vague as hell. Basically covers EVERYTHING that COULD be wrong with it lol. Any help would be appreciated!!
