Its still a 2-story. Its still a large house. Regardless of the location, people cant place them anymore. The real estate market has just gone up up and up. It wont be going down anytime soon. The more popular this server gets, the more pricey houses like this will be. 2x deed is more than fair for that house, and its actually worth more than that, easily. Free bump.
