Ok I have search everywhere... how does one recycle ingots.. IE: turn a katana back into a ingot? Step by step please I'm a UO nub..

Double click tongs, target ingots. There's a picture of a small forge in the window that pops up. That should give you a "Smelt' option. Target item you want to recycle (smelt).
