UO Second Age

I need a bigger house, but for the most part I'm broke. I am thinking of selling or trading up and I need to know how much this house is worth, considering the location. There's a vendor with scrolls 2 house straight up, and of course all the vendors surrounding the Yew Moongate. The bank is just a few steps away. Also, for any woodcutters out there, you can chop 10k of boards every hour or so EASILY. Please let me know, any help is much appreciated!!

If i owned that box and someone offered me an L shape id take it in a heart beat....

lol...i understand it's probably no where near an L-Shape in value, but I am just curious about how much i could get for it. I saw that Slimeball Jasper seems to know his sh*t, and I was looking for an approximate value.
