WTB Mining Small (Done thanks to a swallow) That was fast!

Hello, I am looking to purchase a small for mining. Prefer right on a mountain without jungle spawn or anything crazy like that. Surrounding Trees are nice too. Not looking to spend 2x deeds or anything, so let me know if you have something that may work. Respond here with info or PM me.
