Welcome to Another Courtney Love Home Auction!

On the Auction Block we have a lovely Tower! Located in the very Senic Trinsic Ruins!

This area is abundant in harvestable trees and skinable creatures. It also has a short and safe walk to Trinisic. The neighborhood is quiet and is really a great place to live.
Included in this auction is a small house connected directly to the Ruins! A storehouse or vendor home could be on its potential future.

Personal Note: Vampire or Undead Guild anyone? This would be a great start for any guild or rp guild.
In the immediate neighborhood I noted no bad neighbors or guilds. C'V has some houses to the south.

All bids will be made in gold currency value. IE: 800K
No bids of deeds will be accepted.
Bids will be raised in increment of 50K.
Payment shall be accepted in deeds and gold.
S/B: 750K
B/O: 1.5 Mil
I reserve the right to end this auction for a good reason or B/O!
I will accept S/B as winning bid if no other bids are made
This Auction will end on 4/25/2013 at exactly 6pm Oklahome time! So no bids after my time stamp of 6pm will be accepted! No silent bids will be accepted!
