Do like 2k at a time and make sure you are able to carry them all, then put them into your bank and do another 2k.

When I did bulk resources I would put them in a pouch inside the bank box and then just drop the pouch for the person to pick up.
If you're doing this make sure you are alone at a secluded bank!
One good way is to use the area at Serp's Hold behind the table.
