Make a cook, cook em, and usually then someone will buy em.

Thanks. Well, can you sell cooked fish steaks to any NPCs?

You can sell 5 raw fishsteaks at a time to an NPC, but as you can imagine, its not worth the time invested (and NPCs will run out of money fast)
