Today on the block I am offering this great home to the public.

This home boasts a beautiful Yew Tree front Yard.

Also the Yew Bank is located nearby, the vendor strip keeps it very busy. The Yew township and graveyard reside a short walk away as well. The Yew Moongate and is also just a hop away making this home exclusively convienent to own and use. Sheep pens and the local farms will be at your command.This home is set in a lumber abundant forest, populated also by skinable/taming spawn.

This area is always active with guilds and shoppers. This home could provide as a vendor home or a guild outpost easily.

you know u can usually place right behind the tree

easier to navigate in its currect position. farther down and you got a house full of tree limbs
