finally got scammed....i traded 2 story he ran off. "of the dead" his name has 2 story by hyth on other side of the tower u cant pass in front of. any grievance you can give him be much appreciated.

Id think its safe to say if you are selling a house and not using a broker that you should accept payment before transferring the house.

Yeah, I just sold my first house and didn't know you didn't transfer securely. The guy handed me 3 deeds and some cash and I was like wtf.
I'd almost always use a broker unless it was a friend, even then...

oh wait it gets better...dropped my blessed blacks i've had for 4 years into wrong pack and got killed and lost them...WOOOHOOO! man this day has been grand!
