they dont spawn anymore.. not era accurate.. there isnt really a price, its pretty much whatever someone is willing to pay for it.
and i dont think it was trolls im pretty sure it was ice serps

These things are super rare, I dont even think Ive seen one for sale in the past 2 years+. Good luck getting one though, they are cool looking (no pun intended).

These originally came off of giant ice serpents in Ice dungeon as of mid UO: Ressaissance era. I used to farm these all the time!
