I want a price check for these items not sure how much they are worth. Is there a high demand for these items?

a crystal ball, this one you double click it and says stuff
a pile of snow
a deed for a christmas tree

ball - 10k
snow - 100k
tree - 10k

Might get a bit more on the ball and a little less on the tree, but those are general figures. And no, snow is not a typo, it does say one hundred thousand gold pieces.
