Can house deeds be sold back to the architect, or any other vendor for that matter? If so, do they sell at the same price as purchased? Just curious as to how trading works, as it seems like its trading in deeds for house transfers, ect.

They can be sold back, for the purchase cost.. thats the main reason they're used in trade. They're newbied, so it can't be stolen or looted from your corpse (as long as you aren't red) , so as close to an in-era version of bank checks as exists here.

Note that housing deeds may be stolen if they are in a container in your backpack (pouch, chest, etc). But if they're left in your main backpack, they can't be looted from your corpse.
