Pretty Rare, not too many poeple lucky enough to roll one of these, and whats even more surprising, is that your not asking twice what its really worth : P

She sure is pretty, anyone know what the max one can spawn with? I always have been curious about the possibilities, I know Ive rolled 198 ID charges, and a 72 charge tele ring before, but they are so uncommon makes u wonder what the max truly is.

I am regularly purchasing teleport rings (over 9 charges only) for 330-500gp. I have purchased several thousand charges at this price.
