This is a great deal folks! The S/B breaks down to only about deed+15k for each house... AND you get all that space!

I used to own the top 2 houses. I never had any foot traffic. You also get 5 secures and 125 lock downs out of the deal. If a guild buys this you could use each house for a different stuff IE a loot dump house, crafting houses and macro houses.

I want it for the private mountainside and water/mountain access for boat mining.. Terrific spot
