My friend gave it to me...he is off teaching French on some island off of Madagascar and I am taking care of his house and getting rid of some things he doesn't need anymore(he'd rather come back to the states with a pile of money to play around with). I talk to him via email fairly often, so I will ask him how exactly he acquired it. He has been playing on this shard since the average online players amount was 20, so he has had it awhile. I wonder if its a server birth rare...

it may be or it may have been available from npcs a while ago,
