These are extremely rare now as they haven't dropped since last February or March (2008). I have no clue what they are worth, but I can tell you that the mods don't really matter, the fact that they have "weapon mods" instead of "wand and staff mods" is what counts.
Don't let someone sweet talk this out of you for a cheap price
