Selling the best spots on North Jhelom Island as one package

After nearly 2 years of ownership I have decided to sell my properties on North Jhelom Island.
This island means a lot to me. I was the gm of a guild here that lasted over a year - Crimson Jhelom(named after the dye tub in the guard tower). After the guild ended I considered turning the island into a new player town but never had the time to pursue the idea.
At least 2 of the houses can not be placed under existing rules, including the small house furthest West and the L shape house furthest East.
The small house and L shape house above the western sheep pen are so close you can place vendors and sell over the fence! The L shape over the western pen can also be replaced by a patio house.
I would like to sell all 9 houses as a package as it took me months to acquire them all and it would be a shame to split them up.
Opening bid is 2 keep deeds. There is no buyout. If I absolutely can not find a buyer for all the houses I may separate them by sheep pen.
This auction will last until May 29th 11PM EST.
