Thinking about paying someone to GM 5 diff chars, mainly a crafting account with dexxing options. I hate macroing and I'm rich enough to pay someone, so why not?

No, you cannot pay another person to macro characters on your account. Any significant use of an account as if it were your own makes that account yours, and would violate our rules on account limits per person.
