fastest way to gm melee skill?

Hey all, I know its a silly question but I forgot the fastest way? Should I be sparring someone else? going to bone knights? etc? thanks!

I sparred polar bears and that got me up decently

Monsters/animals will give better gains than people. Bone knights, grizzly bears, polar bears... all good choices.
However, its easier to macro two people, and you can sleep while you macro, so...
