Basically looks pure white but its not a liberty hat.... just plain old feather hat.

Btw. Not rare. I have 122 of them atm. 3 blessed ice white robes, long pants, tunic shirt, apron, and bandana. Plus, I think there is like 600 cloth from this floating around. The only reason it isn't on the market is no one wants to pay 300k per piece of cloth.
