SOLD: Windmere Patio House east of Minoc mines!

Title says it all. This is a nice lil patio house. I believe it has potential to be a tower one day if the small to the right of it is purchased.
Water nearby... good for MiBing... yet sensitive to LOS. Solution? Don't macro in this house. Use it for looting and for storage.
The small bid is me not making any money on the house... so please understand the high buyout price.

p.s. The awesome llama pictured IS actual size, but unfortunately will not be included in the sale... but he might visit you from time to time though.
