No offense dude but heck man that's just another small house, nothing special. Its not THAT close to the moongate. And its south of the yew gate, no where near te path towards the bank. 2x deed is a bit much: I'm not one to hurt someone's sell, but after lots of bumpage, you gotta realize that 2x deed is ridiculous.

Yeah, I placed it and a source told me 2x deed, but that's why I was saying just offer
I was definitely figuring this in my mind after all the wait and bumps. Thanks for actually saying something, rather than the others looking and no enlightenment.
