UO Second Age

I have preferences to locations, but really, I just need something larger than a small.
So as for location, don't care but let me know where!
Deco, I'd prefer none as I have plans for my own practical layout.
I'll even help with moving if you need to clear stuff out (within reason.....I've seen some really messy UO houses......)!

I know someone, somewhere's sick of refreshing that 4 wall warehouse that someone could make use of.....

i know the feeling man ill try to find somethin for yah it doesnt have to be a brick it can be an L or patio im guessing?

I'd prefer an L over a patio, but the brick would be my first choice.
Quick and simple layout as soon as you enter, and enough room for a table barrier without taking up too much space.
Location doesn't really matter, but it'd be nice somewhere say N.Vesper for instance.
