Nice quiet spot out of Vesper. Great place for a guild to start out. Very little spawn comes near these houses, though there is good hunting in the woods right nearby if you like air eles. Just run 10 seconds away. The two in the middle can be moved back a bit, giving you more of a front yard.

Alright I thought a group of 4 houses would sell fairly quick to some relatively new players who wanted perhaps to start a guild, but realize most people are already rich enough, and don't need to consume 4 house slots on smalls. I'm going to let it go then, because I used my last other free slots on locations I prefer over this one.

I have two slots taken here atm (blocking all 4 spots) so if you want them free, just ask. I'll be re-deeding them as soon as I stumble on my next IDOC anyways

BTW, I should clarify: the S/B is for all four houses, not individual ones! So, 4x deed & 20k (5k each house). I want to sell as package, so 5k per house is S/B.

You have sold these alrdy? There is only 2 houses there now.

No, not sold. I am offering them as 4 because there are 4 spots there. I could also just ask 2x deed + 20k as starting bid for the 2, but thought the buyer would prefer to have them pre-placed as 4, rather than expect to be buying 4 spots and risk that only 2 or 3 place post-deal.

If I make a sale, I will change it back to 4 (the 2 there now are blocking all 4 spots.. at least I think ). I needed the extra two house slots for an IDOC possibility.

Nothing bigger will fit due to tower in front and updated house placing rules.

Nope, definitely not. I thought an L might, but ground is too uneven around edges.
