$C$ House Looting and Public Vent

#1 Houses located in $C$ town are very easy to loot, especially the 2 story L-shapes. Thanks for all the free stuff Three Bones/Hysteria! Learn to put your trash barrel in the right spot.
#2 $C$ public vent is not public. If you loot one of their houses, they will ban you.
