I have a beautiful lake front property located off the quiet Loch Lake near Cove. I have lived here nearly a year and have seen my neighbors to the north once and never to the south.
To answer in advance, I have not tried to place a tower here. I don't know if it would fit or not.

Your neighbors don't play anymore. I assume there is still a tower (or two) to the north and one + a patio to the south? If so then yeah.
Very nice house location. I would accept the 4x deed bid because you wont get any more than that lol.
