You don't really need to buy bulk lockpicks on this shard. To get to 95 takes less than 300 picks I would say. Just buy them from the tinkerer and save yourself time from trying to get a bulk order.

I have around 8000 lockpicks. If you PM me you can have 1k for free (but you have to come get them)

There are so many people on this shard with thousands of picks lying around from working tinkering.
