UO Second Age

Hi. First off, I'd like to make it known that I purchased this home for 2 million gold as seen here...viewtopic.php?f=72&t=47434&hilit=sold+forsale+for+sale

This house is 1 of 2 homes on the shard that are virtually completely surrounded by mountain. The other one I also tried to purchase but didn't have enough at the time...it is near wind as seen here:: viewtopic.php?f=72&t=47579.
If the rarity of the home does not interest you one bit, you will not be able to justify spending the gold to obtain this estate and this is not the thread for you.


My original intent was to acquire this home and then also start "collecting" other homes such as the secluded one near wind. This is no longer my intention and after getting fairly good use and kudos from owning this property, I've decided to put it back on the market.

After some thought, I've decided to start the "small" bid out at 1.7 million gold. That's me losing some money on it.
I will set a buy out at 2x Castle Deed + 1x L Shape Deed.

I will end this auction 24 hours after the last bid.
If I feel I need to refresh the home for another year or so to let the target market gain interest so be it. Although I'm a fairly motivated seller, I reserve the right to take it back off the market for any reason.

That is maybe the most awesomest house in the whole game.

My 3rd favorite spot for a small in the game behind only the lich hut and the wind spot.

Thanks guys. It for sure is near and dear to those of us who owned it back on our respective shards way back when. I was hoping to attract those very people to this thread.

In the meantime, I got a nice peaceful place to work my trade skills.

Well not to troll because I did read your small bid but I would just get the ball rolling by bidding an L shape deed. lol It is an epic spot but isn't really worth as much as your asking... Of course that is just my opinion but yeah heh...

Derp, I am sure inkog is getting offers like 'Yes I'll do the 2.2 mill but I need some time' and 'No matter what it takes just hold this house for me I'll buy it' etc

When I sold this house previously I had 3-4 people pm'ing me interested over 2 mill. I know for a fact one of those players is still active here.

It has been for sale twice in the shard's history. I would say 2 mill minimum to own this baby.

Thanks Eo. I'll let it marinate for a bit. Not too much of a hurry. I still love the locale and I use it every day. I just decided to go a different direction with my collection and the money from this would help.
I'll be here if and when those who were interested are still interested.
