Selling l shape just south of destard entrance. Not far at all into the swamp. Starting bid will be 2x L deed with buy out of 3x L deed. Bidding will end 48 hours after last bid unless someone meets buy out.
I reserve the right to cancel the sale of this house for any reason.

if LOS refers to lots of spawn there is some spawn but not terrible. If you leave a character visible in your house then a lot of spawn can be attracted to your house, otherwise manageable.

I meant Line of sight. Potential for someone to abuse the wall bug and attack from that keep, or the tower behind it, into this house.

everette will show all 3 L deeds as proof. Morgan will co-own everette as proff of ownership. everette will transfer two deeds. morgan will transfer ownership of house to everette. upon transfer of ownership everette will give final deed.
