mortiki i believe the ground is gf thus if you were to remove the house it can not be replaced. tho im not sure i could be mistaken

well, if the house had some other significance other than that, i could see the price being justified, but just a small /near/ destard, thats GF'd, shouldnt be that expensive IMO ..
if this house was removed, i REALLLY dont think anyone would care.

This is one of only 3 destard houses at the entrance correct? The last 1 sold for 5x deed. Destard is l33t pvp grounds an other then Brit gy, its probably the best place to go to find fights.
