I have 0 use for it and I don't really like it as a rare. I'm too trammel for bank checks.

Well in Vegas defense for the large price tag on it, cant you still cash bank checks in for the sum of the check?? lol I could be epicly wrong because I don't handle them but one would assume that if you could, bidding anything under 400k would be pure profit for the person buying.

Yes, you can still cash them...in theory, might want to try it during server wars

The truly rare checks are actually sub-5000g. Technically speaking, bankers should never have made checks for 'such a paltry sum', as they would say, when checks were active on production shards.

You can make a check less than 5k very easily

cheques in a bank will decrease in value if you dont have the gold to cover it, it will be treated as gold
