I am selling two small houses that are side by side in Yew.
I would like to sell as a pair but will break them up if I have too.
A bid for the two houses will trump a bid on a single house.
Auction will end on Sunday June 23 at 5pm server time.

S/B for the pair is 2 deeds +20K
B/O for the pair is 4 deeds
S/B for one house is deed + 20K
B/O for one house is 2 deeds + 20K
