A Trade and Public Posting of Debt

I Nolez will pay Wayne 100K (which he is loaning me), for his assistance in successfully placing a Tower in the Trinsic jungles. This debt will incur 10% interest on any unpaid amount weekly.
This debt is contingent upon placement. He will confirm.
