I am here to offer my services for brokering on any house trades or other deals for you. I will do it free of charge of course. In addition, I offer an insurance policy for free. Should I make an error in the brokering process, I will personally be liable for the cost of such error.

This thread is used for feedback on deals I broker so you can feel safe in trusting me with your hard earned money.

I've used Ashborn before. He held 3 castle deeds for a castle that I bought privately. I trust him.

Just traded bulk ingots for a tower + 2 smalls placed with AshBorn. Gave him 287k iron + 31k dull copper up front, we went to the properties and he transferred all three with no issues whatsoever. He said the deal was good; I felt it was a bit weighted in my favor and offered up the remainder of my iron from my boat, adding another 55k of iron to the deal. You can completely trust this man!

Didn't have the deeds on him at first knew I could trust him so I transferred first, he brought back the deeds right after.

I've made a significant amount of material transactions with Ashborn. They've all been easy going. Ashborn is a very trustworthy individual.

I haven't made any actual trades with Ashborn, but he's hired me for a couple of tasks (copying runebooks and moving tower contents) and in both cases everything went super smooth.

All my dealings with Ash have been completely straight-up. He's a good egg, I'd trust him with any deal.
