Workdawg, minerdawg will be transferring my houses. He's moving all of the stuff from one tower to the other.
Moving service. Job is paying him 3 small deeds. I will co own his carpenter.

The contract covers following areas:
The entry way of the tower and stairway area (not the back room).
2nd floor, nothing is copied.
3rd floor, the room with the door will be copied.
Top level, fully copied.

Ash is responsible for placing house add-ons. Everything else in the areas mentioned above will be my responsibility.

Confirmed! Trusted him with my entire rune library and house wares and he did not steal a thing and completed the work a lot faster than expected!
