Need Merchants for new Rune Library / PVP Tower Coming soon!

Hey guys! New Vendor Rune Library / PVP Tower for http://www.UOSAPVP.com !!
I need vendors for it! It will have a full rune library, be extremely close to east britain, and will have a PvP tournament held there twice per month ( http://www.UOSAPVP.com ). I suspect it should have a pretty steady flow of business.
The terms are pretty simple. Each vendor tile you occupy will cost 5k per week. For the first bit while sales are slow (before the tower is really hopping) I will not be charging anything. When business picks up, the weekly fee will start.
Vendors must be regularly stocked. If you fall behind, that is fine the first time or so but a continuous problem will result in removal of your vendor and a new merchant to take your place.
Any fraudulent sales will result in an immediate removal of your vendor and ban from the tower.
After the tower opens, you'll have one week to get your vendor set up and stocked.
Here are the merchants I need (name beside the type means that position has been filled) -
Blacksmith - Aeris
House Addon / Carpenter - Mortiki
Scribe - Mortiki
Marked Runebooks - Aeris
Bandages - CRockwell
Alchemy - DickCheney
Reagents
Poisoner - Aeris
Magical Weapons/Jewelry/Armor not good enough to forum auction, but still nice. - AshBorn
PVP Sets (some of the duelers may grab these.. basically 150 ea reg, red pots, gm kat, gm hally)
Boards - Dyne
Bolts/Arrows - Dyne
Ingots - AshBorn
Tinkering - Traps, lock boxes, w/e!
If your merchant type is not listed, contact me. I'm sure I just didn't think of it. I'd prefer to have one of everything and am very reasonable.
