I am pretty sure its 100% real, I think it just looks somewhat fake because, well, this is a 16 year old game, and "back in those days" it wasnt easy to make the graphics what they are now days!

you dont even have to adjust anything ..

Just went to look and clicked it it is in fact a bearskin rug with a deer mask on top of it thus scam
