I just bought one at castle deed which luckily was buy out price. That is the cheapest I have seen one in 3 months. They seem to all have starting bid @ 3X deed with no buyout. Good luck in your search, can be frustrating.

You're a cheapskate.

I was looking for a bit too, the dont come on the market for cheap too often. Your best bet is to ask for a swamp tower. Usually houses in the swamp or in high spawn areas will sell for much less than grass houses etc.
