Selling this Small House a few screens from Cove Gate with all its contents.
Have used this as a store for years now but would like to sell now as I no longer reside in Cove.

The contents would be ideal for a vendor - particularly as the contents have been neatly sorted for easy use.

Would like to sell with the house for ease of trade - If there is a lack of interest I may split at a later date.

ill take it all of yer hands for 25k no house. or that + small deed for the house that i'd be dropping as soon as ive emptied it. so preff just co own me i empty it you keep the small or drop the small. but off to bed now so lemme know in pm and i will see yer response in the morning.

I'll become co owner of the house then we head to a bank with my banker char to swap 25k i will pay. then i will inform him when its empty so he can un co own my character and do what he wants with the small
