Why is this so pricey ? Wait.... lemme guess.... something happened from 2009/10 and there was a thing that everyone did and got this and they stopped it so it's rare and you can't do the thing to get anymore....

This was one of the 2 years I took off, it was actually, I think, 2011. They gave away ice white hats for 4th of July, and people were cutting them up to get the ice white cloth. After 24 hours, the server reset, and it stopped. But, not before many people got a good amount, unfortunately I wasnt one of them.

The rich get richer here. Unless you want to spend every waking hour you have in UO farming you won't get the gold to buy any of these rares.
