I am selling these houses as a pair. Very secluded area, i have only seen the 1 neighbor in the tower beside me one time in a month of living here. He came on when his tower went IDOC and refreshed, haven't seen since. Very peaceful for macroing or living in the country. Relatively no spawn, although i have seen a snake or lizardman from the swamp from time to time. The tree out front makes a mighty fine Christmas Tree and the mushroom to the east is very nice and tasty.
