Free Black Dye Tub and Rune Library available for use!

It is located on the first floor, the back room. Door is unlocked. Feel free to use as you please! Of course use the full rune library (one of the largest on the server) to your hearts content! Hell, copy it if you want to!

Make sure its safe. I don't know how some people are able to change a locked down dye tub but they are.happened to me back in osi days.
