Spawn is considerably low.

Quiet area.

SB: 2x Deed plus 2x small
BO: 3X Deed

Please keep bid increments reasonable.
This auction will end 48 hours after last bid was made.
I reserve the right to not sell to anyone I choose not to deal with.
IF broker is needed, then we will both choose one we both like.

Going out of town for awhile bump.

It is the 'I am still out of town' Bump.

This is the "I am finally back into town and nobody has bid on this tower yet" bump...

I know there are a number of other towers that one can pick from... but this one is the bees knees! Swing by here and check out the lack of spawn... not to mention a sexy mining mountain (if your into that sort of thing)

^ have to agree i lusted after this tower for my whole newbie career i lived in 2 smalls behind it if i didnt just get a tower/brick/patio id be buyin it

Not a bad location but dude when you take pictures for houses, dont condense your screen and make the UOAM pic as tiny as you possibly can and over lap the front of the tower with it lol You need to show the front/side/back yard + the location off the main screen. Just a friendly heads up.
