Looking for Vendor Home

As per the title im looking for a vendor home to move into can be a small or larger, must have good foot traffic.

This house is right outside Vesper. The castle next door is the C^V Rune library. You can see the Vesper Guard Tower in the screen shot.
If you follow the trail it goes to Covetous.
