Crashing players?

Third time this month I died because right when i'm about to be attacked, I crash.. come back dead. Comp is brand spankin new. Only time I crash is when certain players decide they are going to attack me.. glitch/exploit?

Did someone else on the screen die? I know that Auto_death screenshot can crash the client sometimes.
I've also heard that running in compatability mode for XP Service Pack 2 can help with this.
