Mykos has agreed to purchase this home. He will be doing weekly payments of 60k each which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.

Mykos also put down 100k which leaves a 400k Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home!

I confirm and agree to these terms of sale for the L Shape listed.

Mykos paid the balance of this home in full. Mykos will confirm that the house has been fully transferred into his name!

I can confirm that the transfer went down as negotiated. I gave the balance at the bank and met him at the house for transfer. All went smooth.
