I would be happy to finance this small house for you Peetrik until you can pay it off. My fee would be 15k.
So if you bought it for S/B + 20k, your total cost for the house would be S/B + 35k.

The balance would be due upon auction closing (which is 24hrs after the last bid) once we meetup in game.
My schedule is fairly flexible in game so it wouldn't take long to get you into the house if you had the money.
If you do not have the money but want the house I'd recommend talking to Ashborn really, he's done quite
the service lately of becoming the financing director of UOSA.
