Great for alot of the normal persons daily needs.... Close by caves..... Water front yard if your into fishing.... Low spawn area and not active neighbors.
Little ways from Destard also.

Nnnnooooo! My worst fear realized. I bid everything I own on a tower and then one of the houses in the location I really want comes up for sale.
Great neighborhood. I own four of the nearby mining smalls.
