Talked to the other bidders and the interest has been greater via private messages for the pair of houses versus the single houses selling separate. Also, since I like being honest if the banker is in the Southeastern room you can successfully bank inside of both homes using the "yell" version (!) of bank.




Will consider silver in trades instead of gold at 13k/per or other rares just let me know specifically what they are and the value can be discussed.

So you wouldn't be interested in offers on individuals at all? I just saw this post. Perhaps a lot of the market hasn't seen them up for sale yet. I can see flippers being very interested in both of them seeing as they could resell one and keep a nice location for themselves.
Anyway, I would start at 1.2m for the one directly in front of kryp's crib.

Sorry Inkognito, they are going to be the pair for a starting bid of 1.6 mil starting bid.
After this bid 24 hours later if nobody else bids we will sell the homes for 1.6mil they will not be split up I'm sorry, tried that method and nobody showed any interest then after talking to a few people we agreed it'd be better to sell in pairs.

Although it was only a day in which nobody showed interest, I can't blame you. It's hard to be patient in our housing market. Good luck then! I'm not prepared to take on both homes even if to flip one of them.
